Sales Manager needed for a new technology crop inputs company. This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive fertility company with a worldwide presence. This role allows you the flexibility to work from your home. The company prefers you reside in the Midwestern states.
The primary responsibilities are sales, and building and managing a team of sales people. You will be calling on customers which will include distribution, end users, and retailers. Products include seed treatments, foliar growth enhancers, and organics that are used in row crops, citrus, nuts, and produce. The company has proprietary labeled products and private labeled products.
This role is for someone who has an in-depth knowledge of agronomy, who also embraces new technologies. This is not a role for a traditional thinker. You must be someone who has a go-getter sales mentality with the flexibility to travel and who can work from home. The company gives you tremendous flexibility in structure and planning. You must be able to speak and write well and present yourself professionally. You must be trustworthy and understand the importance of being held accountable for your actions.
