An industrial automation provider based in Iowa is seeking a Sales Director who enjoys creating and implementing strategic direction.
The primary focus of this role is developing and implementing a sales and market strategy to drive P&L growth.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience with full P&L responsibility, system sales and sales management experience and a broad understanding of automation.
This individual will enjoy being in an autonomous role with flexibility and company support to create a sales and marketing strategy, further developing a team to the company to the next level of growth.
You’ll be working for a respected Agricultural automation company in an area with a low cost of living with a top school district with easy access to larger Iowa population centers.
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related degree is required with an MBA preferred.
Compensation will be $120,000 and up with a highly rewarding bonus program, full benefits package and relocation assistance offered.
