A large and progressive agronomy retail company is seeking an experienced individual to fill the role of Seed Department Manager.
This role is part of the Senior Management team and is fully responsible for the seed division of their business. Your job is to create ways to sell more seed, enhanced products, and services. The company represents multiple brands, and you will be the point of contact to the seed companies.
This role requires you to be fully responsible for all day-to-day functions. You will create incentive plans, create the seed booklet, train personnel, oversee plots, and meet with key accounts.
