Field Operations Manager needed to oversee corn seed production in eastern Minnesota.
This role is responsible for eight full-time employees plus additional workers throughout the season and nearly 5,000 production acres at a plant that grows and processes seed corn.
You will manage production contracts, planting, detasseling, roguing, harvest, and storage. You are responsible to the customer for producing a quality product. This role is hands-on, not a desk job. You will be working alongside staff in the field and may operate equipment. You will be working in a variety of outside and inside environments, getting dirty, and working extended seasonal hours.

You must be someone who listens to your team and leads by example. You must possess a high level of integrity and professionalism as you will meet with customers and will be the face of the company in certain situations.
