A Quality Manager needed for a seed company based in Indiana. This role is focused on providing a top quality product to customers. You must be someone who is not afraid to make difficult decisions that may impact a growing crop or processing a time-sensitive order.

Your job is to be constantly looking for ways to improve processes, production, and packaging. You will be responsible for the pest control in the facility, germination, and general standards and practices as they relate to the production of seed. You do not need to be food-grade certified for this role.

You will have some international travel and you will conduct vendor audits. This is an ideal role for someone who has been doing seed and seed fields inspections. You must be able to communicate and convey to the company that what they are doing is right or needs changed. You will be a direct report to senior management.

This role is ideal for someone with a quality control background, coupled with an Ag background. Analytical minds are welcome! The company pays a competitive salary, wellness and retirement benefits.
