Description
Diversified western Texas agriculture company is seeking a Continuous Improvement Administrator to oversee their cattle feedyard operations.
This position will work closely with the Operations Directors, Feedyard Managers, commercial operations staff, and finance team to establish an operating environment that embraces continuous improvement processes which will be achieved through team-based initiatives with particular focus applied to company and feedyard goals and scorecard measures. This role will also create, administer, and provide support for weekly, monthly, and annual uniform operational reports with regards to animal health and well-being, operational metrics, sustainability, and various other reports as needed.
Minimum qualifications for consideration are at least 3-5 years of feedyard management experience. The ability to demonstrate knowledge and experience in developing, implementing, and managing high-performance work systems and teams is required.
Key competencies needed include building effective teams, command skills, customer focus, process management, drive for results, business acumen, managing through systems, problem-solving, and developing direct reports. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Salary $70 - 90,000 BOE with bonus and benefits.
