    A highly successful and rapidly growing agribusiness in the Western Corn Belt is seeking individuals experienced in senior level/general management to lead regional operations of the business. This position will have a seat on the Executive Team and lead a strong group of location managers and work with customers throughout the region.

    It is a perfect opportunity to be a part of a dynamic business comprised of grain shuttle loading facilities and progressive precision agronomy activities serving corn, soybean and wheat producers.

    This position requires someone with entrepreneurial thinking and proven leadership ability of numerous direct reports in day-to-day operations. Someone with past experience as a General Manager would find this challenging. This person would lead through direct reports such activities as grain and agronomy operations, capital project oversight, maintenance, safety and regulatory compliance.

    You would be responsible for helping identify and assess growth opportunities for the business and making recommendations for strategic expansions. You would also be actively involved in the sales and marketing efforts of grain and agronomy business for their locations and consistent with the goals and mission of the company.

    $125-175,000 BOE and performance based bonus programs.
