    Description

Well-established and diverse agriculture company is seeking a Grain Manager for their grain facility in Southeastern United States. This person will be responsible for leading and managing the receiving and storage of all of the grain for this large terminal facility. Leadership and management skills are a must for this role, as you will be leading a team of 15 - 20 people.

The ideal candidate will have a BS degree in Agriculture, Logistics, or Business, or a minimum of five years of grain handling experience. You must have knowledge of grain receiving and storage technologies, Federal and State environmental regulations, and Federal and State OSHA requirements. The main characteristic for this position is leadership. This elevator is feeding two large processing facilities over 20 million bushels of grain per year, so non-performance is not acceptable.

This is a company who takes care of their people and you will definitely be a valued member of a great team, and not just a number. The position is located in a beautiful southeast area with close proximity to all of the amenities of the Atlantic Coast. If you are tired of fighting the Midwest winters and are ready for a great change of scenery, this could be the perfect job for you.

Salary $70,000-100,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits.
