    Description

    A highly successful and rapidly growing agribusiness in the Western Corn Belt is seeking a Facility Manager experienced in grain and/or agronomy management to lead one of their large facilities.

    It is a perfect opportunity to be a part of a dynamic business comprised of grain shuttle loading facilities and progressive precision agronomy activities serving corn, soybean and wheat producers.

    This position requires someone with entrepreneurial thinking and proven leadership ability of numerous direct reports in day-to-day operations. Someone with past experience as a Location Manager would find this challenging. This person would lead through direct reports such activities as grain and agronomy operations, capital project oversight, maintenance, safety and regulatory compliance.

    You would be actively involved in the sales and marketing efforts of grain and agronomy business for their locations and consistent with the goals and mission of the company. The company is looking for LEADERS and will challenge you with additional responsibilities and promotions as you prove yourself. This is a great company to cement a solid career.

    $90 - $120,000 salary commensurate with experience and performance based bonus programs.
