    Description

    International grain company is seeking a Maintenance Manager for their high-volume export terminal in the US Gulf.

    This is a large and fast-paced facility with a large maintenance team who reports up to this role. Direct reports include Maintenance Superintendent, Electrical Superintendent, and Warehouse Superintendent.

    You must be highly skilled in performing and overseeing maintenance tasks (i.e. electrical, fabrication, welding, cutting, reading blue prints, carpentry, etc.), all within compliance of OSHA, company safety, and environmental regulations.

    This position requires 10+ years of maintenance management experience in the grain industry and preferably Mechanical Maintenance Certification. A high school diploma is required and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology and Management is preferred.

    You will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, repairing or replacing defective equipment or parts, diagnosing mechanical problems and determining action as needed to repair or replace. You'll also be responsible for oversight of outside contractors you bring in.

    Salary range is $100-120,000 plus incentive bonus and excellent benefits.
