    Description

    A highly respected and successful agribusiness in the upper Midwest is seeking individuals experienced in grain elevator and agronomy operational leadership skills for a Location Manager position in their operations.

    This is a company that is really growing and expanding their footprint, and they are looking for individuals with the drive and passion to grow with them. It is a perfect opportunity to be a part of a dynamic business comprised of grain shuttle loading facilities and progressive precision agronomy activities serving corn, soybean and wheat producers.

    This person must know how to operate facilities safely and efficiently and understand equipment and machinery maintenance. You must also have a proven ability to hire and mentor people, work closely with the sales and marketing team, have a willingness to learn and have a desire to provide area growers with excellent customer service.

    Qualified persons must have some combinations of a Bachelor’s degree or a two-year degree from an accredited college or technical school, and or with proven years of successful experience managing active grain and agronomy operations.

    $85-140,000 and performance based bonus programs.
