    The VP of Farm Management will provide management assistance to every aspect of the farm management lifecycle to maximize investor returns while serving as a passionate champion for food transparency and land stewardship.
    The successful candidate will focus on the oversight of existing farms, execution of new leases, negotiation of lease renewals, and support of the firm’s farmland assets.

    The qualified candidate will be a passionate champion for food transparency and land stewardship. Being a big thinker who diligently executes on the micro-level will be a key to success. This position requires constant evolution, solving problems for today while creating future-facing systems and scalable businesses that will stand the test of time.

    A complete support team of agronomists, financial and legal professionals, along with 5 Regional Area Agronomy Managers, will make up your team.

Salary is based on experience and will likely range between $150,000 and $180,000+ with a generous bonus and retirement program as part of a full benefits package.
