Description
An established, growing business in California is looking for a Commercial Feed Sales Director to lead and build out its presence across the region.
This is a profitable, well-supported operation with strong customer relationships and real momentum. The team is lean, decisions are made quickly, and leadership has the autonomy to make an impact. This is not a corporate, sit-back role, you will be expected to step in, evaluate the team, and drive performance.
You will lead a group across outside sales, formulation, support, and ingredient merchandising. The focus is simple: build a team that can grow volume while protecting margin. That means setting direction, creating accountability, and staying close to both customers and the market.
This role will remain hands-on. You will stay involved with key accounts, work closely with merchandising and operations, and help shape programs that bring real value to customers.
