A well-established, multi-location regional feed manufacturer in Central Iowa is seeking a Director of Feed Mills to lead operations across three production facilities.

This leadership role requires a minimum of 12 years of feed manufacturing management experience and a strong working knowledge of all aspects of high-volume feed mill operations. The Director will oversee the full operations team while working closely with the sales group to ensure timely production, consistent quality, and strong customer service.
