Agronomy retail company is seeking to fill an important role in west central Indiana. This role offers a career opportunity that will give you variety and stability in the workplace.
This position is customer facing. You will be helping farmers with their crop input needs through crop consultations and sales. The company has a full lineup of proprietary products, seed, fertilizer, and chemistry. During the busy season, you may be driving a tender truck hauling product, spreading lime, or applying nitrogen.
The company desires a team member with a good work ethic who will come to work each day with a positive attitude and a willingness to help the customer. You will need to get a Class A CDL and pass a drug screening. The company will provide you the technical training and will help you get the needed licenses and certifications.
This company offers a fast paced environment with a team culture. Should you be chosen for this role, the company will compensate you based upon your experiences and will pay you overtime plus incentive bonuses, benefits, and a vehicle. You can expect to earn from $50,000 to $75,000 in salary, plus incentives.
