    Retail agribusiness is seeking agronomy professionals to join their team as partners and advisors to their farmer customers. These roles will be focusing on existing customers with opportunities to grow and expand.

    The key responsibilities are building relationships with the customer base. You will become a source of knowledge for agronomic decisions. You will provide product solutions for your customers and provide scouting, in the field troubleshooting, and recommendations. Your product line up will be be chemistry and fertilizer.

    The role requires someone who understands value and the passion to become a vested partner. You must be able to work alone and unsupervised while possessing a no fear attitude to call on your clients.

    On the farm agronomy knowledge coupled to a sales personality are must haves to be successful. You need to be a person of character and integrity and be professional in your appearance and communication.

    You'll be competitively compensated with a combination of a base salary plus bonus and commissions, a company vehicle, and benefits.
