A highly successful and rapidly growing agribusiness in the Western Corn Belt is seeking an individual to manage a state-of-the-art shuttle train facility.
It is a perfect opportunity to be a part of a dynamic business comprised of grain shuttle loading facilities and progressive precision agronomy activities serving corn, soybean and wheat producers.
This position requires someone with experience operating automated high speed grain handling facilities and effectively building and leading a team of 50+ people.
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the daily facility operations and striving to develop the safest and most efficient practices for products, machines and employees. This role would work closely with the grain marketing team to promote the programs, products and services with profitability and superior customer service, as the goal.
Leadership is the key qualification for this big job in this large, fast-paced operation, focused on loading unit grain trains and also unloading liquid fertilizer.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree or a two-year degree from a college or technical school and 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
