Description
A fast-growing company in the fertilizer, biologicals, and micronutrients industry is seeking a District Sales Manager for their Minnesota and Wisconsin territory.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to create value for growers and dealers by providing unique agronomic products while working for a rapidly growing, family-focused company. You will call on existing and new growers to create interest in your products, provide in-field agronomic support, and educate the market on how your products work agronomically. There is overnight travel, averaging two nights per week.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience with specialty crops, specifically sugar beets, potatoes, and edible beans. They will have an established network and strong industry relationships and will be a self-starter. This candidate will be excited to work alongside dealers that are looking to boost their grower's bottom line and will use a sell-by-education approach.
You will receive a competitive salary and commission, a company vehicle, and will have the ability to work from home.
