    Description

$70,000 - $100,000 base plus benefits, bonus, and vehicle

Manager needed for an agronomy plant in Central Illinois. This is a nice facility with stable employees and a loyal customer base. This is a great opportunity for an experienced individual to take on a leadership role in a progressive organization without micromanagement.

The primary responsibilities are personnel management, sales, customer relations, inventory, budgetary, and safety. You are responsible for your plant's P & L. The company will not hire a new graduate or anyone with less than five years' experience for this job. This role requires agronomy retail plant experience, maturity, and someone who wants to be a part of the community.

This is a role where you can join a progressive organization with a successful track record. You can work independently, but still have a large support-system in place. The job will give you autonomy to make decisions that affect your plant and your customers.

A CCA is preferred, but candidates without the certification are encouraged to apply. You must be someone with an outgoing personality who can connect with customers, employees, management, and the community. The company has low rates of turnover, thus managerial openings are rare. Excellent employee benefits and vehicle are included.
