You will be custom applying liquid and dry fertilizer, crop protection products, anhydrous ammonia, and lime to farm fields during the planting and harvest seasons.
This is primarily outside work, and you can expect to work extended hours during the busy season. You will be operating high tech equipment with the very latest in precision application technology.
Ideally, the company desires to find someone experienced; however, they will look at individuals who have a farm background, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude.
You'll need a Class A CDL or be able to get one and be able to pass a drug screening, and have a good driving record with no felonies or convictions.
The company will pay you an hourly wage, plus overtime, and related benefits, and will furnish an excellent line up of equipment for you to drive.
$15-16 per hour, plus overtime, benefits, bonus, and incentives.
