    Description

    Innovative and progressive soil fertility company is seeking a Marketing Director to lead and manage all marketing activities.

    This role is open due to company growth and interest in new technologies to grow a better food supply.

    This role will be highly visible and will focus on developing and implementing marketing plans and teaching staff and customers on specific proprietary products. You will lead the product positioning through a variety of channels and be able to evaluate the effectiveness of the campaign.

    This role will require someone with a minimum of five years of product marketing experience coupled to a minimum of a BS or BA in marketing or agronomy. You'll need to be energetic and have a passion for improving people's lives through sustainable biological products.

    Adaptable, innovative, collaborative, and proactive are attributes that are needed for you to be successful in this role.

    Should you be hired, you'll be compensated based upon your level of experience, plus be eligible for company benefits.

    This is a down-to-earth company with open door policies and a desire to make each day fun.

    $50-100,000 based upon experience plus benefits.
