Sales Manager needed for a premium agronomy company in south central Wisconsin.
The company is seeking someone with a proven track record in sales, sales management, and team leadership.
You will be managing team of sales people plus meeting with farmer customers and retail dealers.
This work will require coaching, evaluating, hiring, mentoring, and training of team members with the goal of making them more successful. You will work closely with the General Manager and Wholesale to determine availability of product and establishing competitive pricing.

The company desires a candidate with a proven sales track record and a stable work history. Motivation and leadership are also important. You must be comfortable in selling greater value premium products. A passion for improving lives through better foods and raising better foods from healthy soils will be very important.
