    Progressive and forward-thinking agronomy retail company is seeking three people to learn how to be a professional agronomy operator.

    As current employees begin to age out, the company is seeking to "build a bench" and learn the trade. This role does allow for internal advancement to sales or location management.

    The company will hire experienced operators as well as farm background individuals who are seeking a career in the agronomy retail industry. This is a highly skilled job.

    Candidates need to understand computer guidance systems and automated spray systems. The primary responsibilities are focused on operating large machinery custom applying a wide range of products that help farmers grow a more bountiful crop. You may operate applicators applying dry products, sprayers, tractors, loaders, and trucks.

    This role requires individuals with a mechanical aptitude and experience operating machinery on the farm. This is seasonal work and will require you to start early, end late, and you may work some weekends, and holidays as the weather dictates the work.

    You'll be a paid an hourly wage based upon your level of experience and will receive excellent health and retirement benefits.

    $36-62,000 based upon hourly wage plus overtime.
