A well-established manufacturer of food conveying equipment is looking for an energetic and motivated Field Service Manager. As the Field Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring proper task management to troubleshoot, oversee the installation and startup of industrial / agricultural equipment, and assist in planning future projects.
Achieving outstanding customer satisfaction will be your top priority. This position will require frequent travel (75%) to project sites around the country and remote team management.
A strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting background is preferred. The ideal candidate should have 5 years of prior field service experience with a proven record of strong leadership and a passion for customer satisfaction.
