    $100,000 - $125,000 plus excellent benefits

An agricultural equipment company is seeking an engineer to join their team.

The company designs, builds, and sells planting and harvesting equipment. The preferred candidate will be someone with a row crop agricultural background, with hands-on experience operating a planter and combine.

Candidates with a PhD, MS, or BS degree in agricultural engineering or mechanical engineering with a farm background are encouraged to apply. Recent college graduates and those with experience are welcome.

This role is hands-on. You will be working with others on the floor to develop new products and improve current models. You will do product testing in the field and will establish relationships with key people in the industry. You'll need to know how to work within a budget and create equipment costs.

The company desires an individual who is enthusiastic, honest, and trustworthy, and who can communicate professionally, both internally and externally. The company has a family feel and is located in the heart of rural America. Should you be hired, you will be paid a salary based upon your experiences, plus an excellent benefit package. You will do some travel, but not to an extreme.
