Description
Mid-west based risk management company is seeking a Business Development Manager to assist their team in expanding their market footprint. You will be working with grain origination potential clients to show them how the company's unique approach can add value to their producers by providing a white label risk management platform, communication and relationship management tools, and objective grower friendly strategy recommendations to encourage proactive risk management and build an originator's forward book.
The ideal candidate will have grain industry experience and understand, generally, the interaction between growers and the grain buyers to better sell how the company can add value to the clients program. Since technology is a key part of the service, a familiarity and comfort with software applications and uses will be a valuable asset. Post Covid, you will be expected to travel 25-35%. You will have the opportunity to office from your home but will need to be in close proximity to a major airport.

Salary range will be between $100 - $150,000 BOE with benefits and an excellent incentive structure.
