A well-established and successful livestock marketing company is seeking a highly motivated professional to lead the sales and marketing efforts in their central Illinois region.

The role of this job is to provide leadership, mentoring, accountability, guidance and coaching for a sales force that provides cash livestock marketing channels, financing, risk management and timely market information to aligned customers.
Responsibilities will also include the oversight and cohesive teamwork with multiple live auction facilities to ensure safe and efficient operations.
This person will be focused on market share and revenue growth while ensuring customer service is appropriately maintained and enhanced.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, proven team focused organizational leadership ability, business planning and budgeting experience, performance analysis skills, problem solving ability, adaptable, and proven customer relationship management ability. A strong understanding of the livestock industry with emphasis in the cattle markets will be necessary to perform this job.
The ideal candidates will have a degree in Business or Ag Business with 5+ years of organizational leadership and management experience.
Salary of $65-75,000 BOE plus vehicle and good benefits.
