Description
Northern Illinois grain company is seeking a seasoned Grain Originator to establish quality relationships and purchase grain from farm producers.
You will be using your relationship skills to work with farmers to provide outstanding customer service. Being out in the country calling on producers and buying grain as you take care of existing business and cultivate new will be an important part of this position. You will have the advantage of being able to buy grain into multiple facilities.
Ideally, you will have 10 or more years of grain buying experience, although candidates with less will be strongly considered as long as you are knowledgeable and can successfully fulfill the responsibilities.
You must have a winsome, optimistic personality, be willing to work hard and be dedicated to the customers' and the company's success.
Compensation is a very competitive salary based on experience plus a bonus structure and excellent benefits.
