A growing, community-owned bank is looking for a Relationship Manager to grow an agriculture and commercial portfolio in the northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin area.
The ideal candidate is an outgoing, analytical person with direct lending or banking experience. The bank is looking for someone that has a strong desire to build relationships and help farmers.
This person will take a hands-on approach to building a portfolio and should expect to spend 75% of their time in the field. A strong staff and credit team is in place to support this growth.
Though an office would be made available, this person could work from a home within the targeted area.
