Specialty equipment company in the Corn Belt needs an experienced, energetic Field Sales Representative to work with current and new customers.
This company has been in business for decades working with seed and agronomy companies and many land grant universities in the Midwest.
In this position, you will get to use your excellent customer relationship skills as you travel to existing customers to maintain relationships and learn about future equipment needs as well as following up on leads from website inquiries.
The ideal candidate will be outgoing and yet very down-to-earth and excel at communicating with customers and other sales team members and engineers within the company.
An agricultural background is required, and you must also be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
This opportunity allows you to travel in your territory half the time, and the other 50% will be scheduling appointments and following up on leads from your home office.
Should you be hired, you will earn a $50-60,000 salary plus enjoy an unlimited commission schedule. You will receive benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid vacation, a company cell phone, laptop, and mileage reimbursement.
