6024 Professional Farm Manager - Central Illinois FFLI-XMDAGL

Highly respected agricultural firm is seeking a Professional Farm Manager to take on a key role within the company.  The ideal candidate will have at least five years of farm management experience, a deep understanding of the science of agriculture, and be very comfortable establishing relationships with farmers and landowners from a variety of backgrounds.

Candidates must be diplomatic, credible, confident in their abilities, and willing to do whatever tasks are necessary to provide excellent customer service.  A BS degree in Agriculture is important and being an Accredited Farm Manager will be very attractive.  Any experience with rural appraisals (licensed Real Estate Appraiser), selling land, and / or working in a trust environment would be ideal.

This is a great opportunity to join a team that has a strong heritage and an excellent reputation in the industry, takes pride in building and maintaining solid relationships, and does business the right way.  It will especially appeal to a candidate who appreciates the independence of running their desk and not being micro-managed.  There will be a variety of opportunities for the successful candidate to continue to grow within the company.

Salary is expected to be in the $55-80,000 range based on experience with excellent benefits including a vehicle.  Experienced farm managers desiring to reside in central Illinois, become a leader in a great company, and take an active part in a nice community should contact Dave Allen.
