Agricultural equipment company seeks an experienced and energetic Sprayer Technician to service their customer base.  Qualified candidates must have at least three years of experience working on sprayers and know sprayers and sprayer systems inside out.  Ideally, candidates will know the entire sprayer system from air conditioning to hydraulics to precision farming equipment and electronics.

This is a high profile / high demand position that will be dealing with customers who will often need immediate attention during the planting and harvest seasons.  This person must be customer-focused, level-headed, a sharp thinker, and mature enough to handle the pressures of the position.  Candidates must be highly self-motivated and mechanically-inclined in order to be self-managed  and capable of problem solving with little technical direction.

This individual will work primarily from home / service truck and deal directly with customers in many situations.  Attention to detail and the ability to do the paper work and documentation necessary are key.

This is an exceptional company offering a great opportunity to join an industry-leading team.  Compensation is hourly, likely in the $25-30 / hour range.  With significant weekly overtime, annual income should be $75-80,000+ for a highly skilled and trained technician.
